Why this work is different
Email, text messages, WhatsApp chats and social media evidence are often used as sequences rather than isolated lines. Sender identity, timestamps, message order and attachments should remain clear in the translated record.
Certification is separate from translation complexity
A long legal, medical, financial or technical translation may or may not need certification. The receiving organization decides whether a certified translator, affidavit, notarization or another formal step is required.
What to send
Send the complete file when possible, or enough representative material to show the language, formatting and terminology. Include the intended use, receiving organization and deadline so the project can be scoped correctly.
